CONDITIONS OF USE

• Reservations must be confirmed prior to arrival.
• Gift Vouchers must be presented upon check-in at the hotel prior to any services being used.
• Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged wholly or partly for cash (nor will any change be given).
• Validity periods cannot be extended.
• All Gift Voucher purchases are final, non refundable, not changeable.
• Gift Voucher can be used only for the purchased services under the described conditions.

The rates are based on double occupancy (rooms), 2+1 occupancy (suites) and BB (bed and breakfast) accommodation.

Cancellation

Reservation cancellations or changes without getting charged is possible up to 10 days before check-in. In default of appearance, a cancellation or reservation change 5 days before the date of arrival, the full cost of the deposit is reserved to be used for future reservations within 6 months. After this deadline, the fine for the default of appearance and cancellation represents 100 % of the disbursed deposit.

This offer is not applicable to groups.

Check-in and accommodation take place only when a valid proof of identity such as a passport or ID is presented.

Guests are requested to pay the total cost of accommodation at the time of check-in.

We kindly inform you that the Therma Vitae - Health Resort is 100 percent smoke free, and the smoking of tobacco products or the use of electronic cigarettes, electronic tobacco devices (inc. heating ones) is strictly forbidden within the buildings and all guest rooms.
